The Toyota Land Cruiser 2024 returns to the USA with a more diverse lineup. Starting price of $50,000 and three distinct models, including the basic Land Cruiser 1958 below the standard and the limited first edition.
Toyota visually distinguishes each model. The 1958 has round LED headlights, 18-inch wheels, and 245/70 tires. The top Land Cruiser features rectangular LED headlights, 18-inch wheels with 265/70 tires or 20-inch wheels with 265/60 tires.
Exploring the trims
The first edition includes round headlights, roof rack, rock rails, front skid plate, and fender flares. It offers 7 colors like Meteor Shower and Trail Dust, with the option of a painted Grayscape roof.
The cabins have noticeable differences. The 1958 has heated fabric seats, heated steering wheel, and an 8.0-inch screen. The other models have heated, ventilated synthetic leather seats, and a 12.3-inch screen.
The intermediate Land Cruiser offers a Premium package with genuine leather, a 14-speaker JBL sound system, head-up display, digital rearview mirror, and a sunroof. The First Edition has similar features, plus an exclusive key.
The most expensive trim brings off-road features: rear locking differential, Crawl Control, 2,400-watt AC inverter. The standard has Multi-Terrain Select, the intermediate has a front stabilizer bar and multi-terrain monitor.
Land Cruiser on sale in the spring with three trims. Possibility of more off-road TRD models with rugged hardware and darkened details. A Trailhunter version may also be released.
